The call quality is very good on my I've been using this for a few weeks, primarily for phone calls and for podcasts. I have a long commute so I wanted something out of the way and that wouldn't tangle while I'm driving. I don't wear collared shirts most of the time, so I haven't found that the neck piece interferes at all.
The battery life is excellent. The call quality is very good on my end, and I'm told by others that it's good on their end as well. Supposedly, the talk range is up to 33' according to Jabra's specs.
There is no way that my talk range is that far before the call gets static-y or drops. More like 5'. And on occasion, I've had that happen when it's in my jeans pocket. That said, for my primary use, it's been a good purchase and the price is very reasonable compared to some of the other options. If something changes, I'll update my review. Because the left earbud is only intermittently working and I haven't had it for very long.
It hasn't been abused and it's inexplicable that it quit working other than poor quality. I am NOT happy. I use this headset all the time for work. I called to send my old headset in for warranty repair or replacement. They don't want it back; they are sending me a new one. Let's hope that this new one lasts longer. PROS lots of them! I am a musician and semi-pro audio-engineer. These fit right in among all my hi-end audio equipment! I would use it for hours a day talk time, and hours music listing.
I only charged it every days. I hate wearing jewlery and necklaces. But this was very comfortable to wear. The cable stands up and gets in the way and looks funny. All three of them failed from the same problem: Intermittent connection in the cable break at the point of entry into the battery case. It is easy to confirm: If left earbud doesn't work, gently push the cable into the plastic at the battery case and the ear starts working. Let go then press thumb and finger of left and around cable and battery case entry to keep the cable from moving.
With right finger and thumb, start flexing the cable at other points up to the ear bud. If the bad connection is somewhere else, you'll find it by hearing the sound cut in and out as you manipulate the point of bad connection.
The first bad headset was my fault at about 45 days old. For an additional measure of support, Jabra's GelHooks, rubber cradles for your ears, are included. These played their biggest role in keeping the earbuds from popping out while doing some more rigorous physical activity.
During more leisurely work, though, they grew irritating and painful after about 45 minutes of use. The rubber-coated wire hooking the earbuds together is a little longer than it needs to be. Wearing the Jabra Step Wireless as it's intended with the wire behind your neck tightens the slack a bit and is most unobtrusive this way, but the in-line controls were a pain to reach for.
The Jabra Step Wireless won't win any awards for its design, but it does the job. In the end, the Halo Smarts by Jabra are pretty much what you'd expect. They're great if you make a lot of phone calls or need to stay connected, not so great if you're super into audio quality. That's not to say that the sound isn't bad, but it isn't rea Jabra is best known for its mono Bluetooth headsets, though it's proven that it can make capable stereo headphones as well, like the excellent Jabra Move Wireless.
Clear voice calls, Long battery life, Relatively inexpensive Little sub-bass response, High-mids and highs lack clarity and finesse The Jabra Halo Smart makes excellent voice calls for a pair of Bluetooth earphones, but musical prowess is lacking Waterresistant, lightweight, up to almost 20 hours of play with optional charge case Lack of bass in audio, ear loop is permanently fixed Plantronics has produced some excellent headsets I've favorably reviewed its Voyager and BackBeat Sense , but unfortunately, the BackBeat Go 3 doesn't quite live up to the company's rep.

Jabra's Halo Fusion has combined the freedom of earphones with the convenience of a neckband so you have access to your music and can easily answer you calls on the move. With regular earphones, they tend to slip off your neck when you're not listening to Jabra thinks it can nail that price point, though, and has done so in the Halo Fusion.

Musikkvaliteten er bare middels Jabra's Halo Smart Bluetooth headphones are perhaps not the in-ear earphones for regular music lovers. Rather, they are for power users who like to toggle between listening to music and taking calls while leaving their hands free.
The audio quality with mus The Halo Smart performs superbly as a headset, and is a convenient pair of in-ear earphones if you absolutely must be contactable while listening to music The brand has a solid reputation here. My own experiences with Jabra's All things considered, at approximately Rs.
For the rest, the likes of Brainwavz BLU bluetooth in-ears will make for a better option in terms of lightweight, wireless Good for extensive calling time, Light, easy to control, Vibration alert for calls, Impressive battery life Unimpressive music playback, Rigid buttons, Tricky to get the right fit This stereo headset allows you to take calls and listen to music through stereo Bluetooth. What's your style for stereo, earbuds or earmuffs? I go for the earmuff or earpad approach every time, and Jabra's Halo headphones fit well.
If you're looking for non-earbud headphones to handle music and calls, but primarily music, the Halo package is a good choice. You'll just have to tolerate the nonfriendly volume and track-skipping controls I love wireless technology and will write-off a lot of its downfalls for the advantages. Plus, I can deal with a lo Stereo Bluetooth headsets are often exercises in compromise: to be discreet they have to sacrifice sound quality, and to achieve sound quality they're often as large as the largest headphones.
Jabra's Halo is different: they use flat-panel, over-ear dr Good voice quality in both directions, Simple controls and subtle design, Comfortable, Easy pairing Bad music quality; occasional interference, Expensive for what you get, Twitchy touch controls, Wired listening still needs a battery charge.
We really wanted to like the Jabra Halo, and to some extent we still do. It's an elegant, easy-to-wear design that takes the guesswork out of setting up and using stereo Bluetooth audio.
But we just can't recommend it for music, and that's a problem whe The hinges on the arms are also active in that when you fold them out the headset automatically turns on and when you fold them closed it turns itself off again. Once the arms are folded out they can then be pushed back over the hinge to lock them in place.
