A service request was opened on 6th but was closed same day, called again on 7th and got the a new service request registered and since then only 3 call backs have been made by airte and everytime the same answer to use a different phone and we will call back in 24 hrs but then no call as per committment.
Last call that was made by technical team was on friday and its tuesday today. Everytime i call they say we r escalating it to network team but no one calls back. If i give a missed call on , a reply is sent that there is no network complaint registered. If i talk to customer care they say the notes suggest that the site is upgraded and can take upto 3 months but i m unable to understand which site are they reffering to as my numbers are not working anywhere in india so which site are they upgrading.

Firstly the app gives me an error at the payment page And then when I recharged for the second time both the transactions went through. And you dont take ownership for it.
