But he never actually turned up to my place to give me a confidence that connection will happen one day. So i have asked him for the refund and now since last 10 days he keeps on giving me false promised that i will give you a refund today, tomorrow, tonight, today afternoon i will surely be at your place but he has not turned up yet.

Last time when he spoke to me he said i will surely come to you tomorrow morning 11 but i said nope, dont come tomorrow if you dont want to pay me tonight as i have wasted enough of my time because of you. I need strict actions taken against him and plus i need some sort of compensastion back for wasting my time plus and money behind the calls i had to make him almost 2 times a day.
